The team at Redo have not disappointed. With our growth and expansions, we've been able to add Redo to a couple of stores now and implementation has been super smooth! That's also because of Cade for quick responses and for helping with some of the setup!
Dallin at Redo was a fantastic help and came up with creative solutions to help us solve the issues we were having. We are very happy with Redo and the way it makes our lives easier as a Brand and working with our warehouse that is also using Redo.

Customer service set up a call with us within the hour to fix how we wanted our Redo to operate on our site on our behalf. They also answered technical questions we were having about scam/fraud charges and fixed the issue as well.
Redo has been great to work with, especially the returns. It's developed a lot since we've started using the product and we are very pleased with the automation for our small team. The team is great to work with as well!
I have been with REDO since they were very new in AUS and now I run majority of my features Emails, fulfilment, returns ect. Customer service is amazing the guys are always responding quickly with either the answer or they are actively finding a solution. I highly recommend REDO.
They offer a lot more than it says on the tin.
We came for the shipping protection and free returns, but stayed for their order management portal and great client support!
Having a self service portal for our lifetime warranty with Redo has been a significant improvement to our customer experience. They have responded quickly to me as we have had changes as we get up and running on the system. Overall, a good platform for returns, exchanges, and warranties with a lot of functionality and customizability.
We have been using REDO for 2 years and LOVE IT! Customer service is amazing, any changes we need they work very hard to accommodate our needs and the customer. Returns are easy and our customers love that they are able to return items for the $1.98 charge.

Nick Smith and team were able to take a Shopify custom code situation we were dealing with, triage the issue, and deploy a solution within 30 minutes. I wish all our vendors moved with that much speed and enthusiasm. Nick, Grant, Talmage, and the whole team there is amazing.
