I have been with REDO since they were very new in AUS and now I run majority of my features Emails, fulfilment, returns ect. Customer service is amazing the guys are always responding quickly with either the answer or they are actively finding a solution. I highly recommend REDO.
We had 6 fraud charges from this App that were not caught by Shopify or the Corporate Office for Redo. Both had no phone number and we had to reach out to the corporate office to stop the app from allowing customers to purchase the insurance return option and then they refunded it. and we lost a fee on each transaction. We are still working to resolve the fraud from this and at this date have not received a refund. Very frustrated business owner. This has now been re activated with the proper settings so bad people did not take advantage of the system. Thanks to the Redo team for investigating this and fine tuning our shopify store for West Coast Leather

Nick Smith and team were able to take a Shopify custom code situation we were dealing with, triage the issue, and deploy a solution within 30 minutes. I wish all our vendors moved with that much speed and enthusiasm. Nick, Grant, Talmage, and the whole team there is amazing.
The product is overall pretty decent, there are some technical/developement/integration things i wish were more available to end users, support has been responsive, their AI support isnt great but their human support it.
They offer a lot more than it says on the tin.
We came for the shipping protection and free returns, but stayed for their order management portal and great client support!

Having a self service portal for our lifetime warranty with Redo has been a significant improvement to our customer experience. They have responded quickly to me as we have had changes as we get up and running on the system. Overall, a good platform for returns, exchanges, and warranties with a lot of functionality and customizability.
We’ve had an outstanding experience working with Redo. Their customer service alone sets them apart, our team consistently receives fast, helpful responses at all hours of the day or night, weekends included.
We initially partnered with Redo to create a customized returns portal years ago, which improved returns experience for customers substantially. Over a year later, we changed from exclusively CommentSold and integrated Shopify into our operations. We turned to Redo again to help manage what was a complex transition. Their team successfully unified our shipping into a single, streamlined system.
From there, we upgraded to their automated shipping solution, which has been a game changer. Orders are intelligently routed to pickers in the most efficient path, allowing us to scan items as we pick to reduce errors. With over 100,000 square feet of warehouse space, this optimization has dramatically improved our workflow & problem orders. We’ve been able to scale down our employee count, and provide shipping faster then ever.
Most recently, we’ve committed to their new inventory management system which is currently being implemented. Their team has been incredibly hands-on, customizing solutions to fit our exact needs and providing constant support on site for a week. I have no doubt they will also get this right and we will have better inventory accountability than we thought was possible.
These are just the highlights, but Redo also delivers in many other areas as well to help with marketing, conversion, order protection, etc. They provide ongoing updates that continue to enhance functionality. The result has been measurable ROI through reduced operational costs, increased efficiency, and paths to real business growth.
If you have the opportunity to work with their team, we have loved them all. For us it has outstanding from Suz, Hayden, Braden, Jaden, Aubrey, Will, Dan, Parker, Quinton and Aaron. But I at this point believe with every employee there, you’re in excellent hands. We can’t recommend Redo enough.
