We've been using Redo for over a year and couldn't recommend it more! It's been such a game changer for us in the US market and derisks the purchase for a first time customer who's unsure about their sizing for a small additional fee and no charge to us for a free return label. It's a no brainer for every business that's looking to scale. And to top it all the team is extremely helpful and very responsive to support requests.

Redo has been a game-changer for us. We initially used it just for returns, which instantly streamlined our process, then expanded to their AI chat and marketing tools. The "Ask Redo" feature is super helpful, but if you need additional help, their team is incredibly quick to respond. We run three Shopify stores daily and truly can't imagine operating without Redo!
