Really solid experience with Redo so far. Been using them for over a year. We've seen a boost in conversion rate + have saved time with returns + saved $ on ship costs.
The whole team and REDO are amazing. Abby, Preston, Colby, Seth, Austin, Cade, just fantastic. We have seen an increase in conversion since using REDO and will be using it for a long time in the future. Give this young company in Utah a chance.
Great experience with the Redo support team, especially Skyler.
We encountered a technical issue that was affecting our Shopify theme customizer. Skyler took the time to properly investigate, worked closely with us to understand the problem, and implemented a fix that resolved it completely.

Anytime we raise a concern, question or issue we never have to wait long for a response. Yesterday I worked with Dallin and he immediately provided an answer along with a video =) Even after he had answered the question he followed up. Every single person that we have dealt with in Redo have been very knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend REDO =)
This app has been very helpful for managing our returns. Just had an issue and I was very impressed with how customer service worked towards a thoughtful and expedient resolution. Cade was a huge help in this process!
Dallin from Redo helped half my fulfilment time in half and supported me on continuing to press for group return labels as I roll my product into large retailers. Highly recommended!
Horrible Customer service. Been asking for my request for over a week and cannot get any answers or anyone to reach out to me personally. Every request I have had has taken days for someone to get back to me. Many glitches in the platform as well such as showing incorrect outstanding balances.

So much more than a Returns platform. If only more apps were this good!! From the day we met with the REDO team about what they were building to today, 2 years later- every team member has acted like the owner of the company. They care so much and answer inquiries faster than any other app/ platform we work with. They have the easiest and most rewarding return systems and now OMS, Order Tracker, Automated flows, the list goes on. They are 100% here to help us grow and simplify our daily operations. Highly highly recommend them.
Great and fast customer service. If I ever have any issues or questions I can chat with a tech quickly and they resolve things same day for the most part. The techs are very knowledgeable when asked a question and explain things in easy-to-understand language. We haven't had many returns but the process is easy to follow for the customers and us on the back end.
