We've been working with Redo for awhile now. We just switched to their shipping platform and couldn't be happier. Dallin was able to help solve a serious issue for us quickly and professionally.

We have been using REDO since the beginning of the year and are so pleased with this platform. It has made the order/return portal so much more efficient than our previous platform. I cannot say enough about the responsiveness of the support team as they are quick to respond and help get any issues resolved. They are very supportive of our needs.

Having a self service portal for our lifetime warranty with Redo has been a significant improvement to our customer experience. They have responded quickly to me as we have had changes as we get up and running on the system. Overall, a good platform for returns, exchanges, and warranties with a lot of functionality and customizability.

We switched to Redo for managing returns, and it's been a game-changer for us. The process is so streamlined that customers can handle their own returns while we manage manual processing without the usual headaches. What really impressed us was how easy it was to add exchanges to the mix. That flexibility has been huge for keeping customers satisfied and, honestly, for protecting our bottom line.

The support team deserves a shout-out too. From day one through a recent hiccup with our workflow, they've been genuinely helpful. Cade specifically jumped in when we had an issue and sorted it out in minutes with just a few clarifying questions. That kind of responsiveness makes all the difference. Cade absolutely deserves 10 stars.

The whole team and REDO are amazing. Abby, Preston, Colby, Seth, Austin, Cade, just fantastic. We have seen an increase in conversion since using REDO and will be using it for a long time in the future. Give this young company in Utah a chance.

We switched to Redo to get off manual returns and it's been worth it. Setup was straightforward, the platform is easy to navigate, and the support team has been great whenever we've needed them. Definitely recommend, saving us a bunch of time!

Times they are a changing. My store has been around for over 80 years and I’m trying to take advantage of everything new I can. I have had redo now for awhile. It works as promoted and the team there, especially Dallin, have worked with me to tackle any challenges or changes I’ve needed done. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with fake account purchasing labels only to do chargebacks (scams), I was pretty stressed out on how to fix this issue as I was getting 20 at a time. I messaged Redo's customer service and Will spent a few hours working with me to not only fix the issue on my shop, but to get me a refund for the charge back fees. Every time I've had an issue, Redo's customer service has been great. Love working with this app and the support they give when something goes wrong.

We’ve been using Redo for over a month now, and the experience has been very positive for our CX team.

As with any platform, minor issues still come up from time to time. Especially early on. But what really sets Redo apart is how they handle them. Their response time is consistently quick, and even better, their resolution time is just as impressive.

The support team is always friendly, proactive, and genuinely happy to help, which has made a big difference in our day-to-day experience. They’ve helped turn what started as a bit of uncertainty into something that now feels smooth and reliable.

Overall, great support, fast resolutions, and a team that truly cares; taking us from “not sure” to “awesome!”.
