Really solid experience with Redo so far. Been using them for over a year. We've seen a boost in conversion rate + have saved time with returns + saved $ on ship costs.
Our Customer Care team at True Linkswear has begun using Redo and we are impressed. The entire team at Redo is invested and works to help us achieve our goals everyday. The response time and detailed care is inspiring. We come to Redo often for service and in turn they set us up to give our best service possible to our customers.
Dallin from Redo helped half my fulfilment time in half and supported me on continuing to press for group return labels as I roll my product into large retailers. Highly recommended!

Anytime we raise a concern, question or issue we never have to wait long for a response. Yesterday I worked with Dallin and he immediately provided an answer along with a video =) Even after he had answered the question he followed up. Every single person that we have dealt with in Redo have been very knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend REDO =)
Horrible Customer service. Been asking for my request for over a week and cannot get any answers or anyone to reach out to me personally. Every request I have had has taken days for someone to get back to me. Many glitches in the platform as well such as showing incorrect outstanding balances.

This app has been very helpful for managing our returns. Just had an issue and I was very impressed with how customer service worked towards a thoughtful and expedient resolution. Cade was a huge help in this process!
Perfect app for easily handling all our returns and warranties! It's super easy to tailor to your business and customers needs and the team are extremely helpful and super fast at responding to questions!
We recently switched from doing everything through Shopify to utilizing Redo for fulfillment, returns portal, claims, etc and I couldn't recommend it enough! It was a very easy switch as their customer service is extremely supportive and quick to respond. They offer so many upgrades from Shopify that it takes our online store to the next level of professionalism and customer friendly. Love Redo and the whole team we have worked with :)

We switched to Redo from ReturnLogic and were told it would offer the same functionality with added enhancements. One week in, that has not been our experience.
We are unable to process claims correctly. Amounts are calculating incorrectly, taxes are wrong, and the issues are consistent enough that we cannot rely on the platform for day-to-day operations. For a warranty and returns management tool, accurate financial calculations are a baseline requirement — not an enhancement.
We were sold on the promise of a smoother, more capable platform. Right now it is creating more work than it is saving. We hope the team addresses these issues quickly, as the concept is good and we want it to work. We will update this review if things improve.
LOVE! Only wish I had found Redo earlier. I am saving so much money on returns, and my customers love the fact that for just $2.98 they can get free returns.
Customer service is super responsive, the app is great and set up literally took less than 15 minutes.
