Honestly, I’m in another situation where severe mistakes on the REDO team’s side has lost me thousands of dollars in returns reimbursements. I’ve been with REDO (switched from Loop) about two years now, and while the team is friendly and always “says” their sorry, the truth is they have zero accountability and are always trying to sell you their latest product. To me, they are a company that is trying to do too much too fast and have hired a bunch of young guys who want to feel like they’re part of a startup but can’t even answer simple questions about whether a product is still available or not.

I'm upset with the support, I had problems and they took more than 1 week to resolve them, I've had a problem for 2 weeks and until now they haven't helped me, there's no way I can stop my store until the problems are resolved, unfortunately I had more dissatisfaction than joy with this app.

I have never encountered such careless app owners. I’ve contacted you multiple times, explaining that I wanted to use your app but was unable to log in. I even left my email address, yet all I received was a generic response. I’m deleting the app, and I will never recommend it to anyone.
