We switched to Redo a few months ago and have been really happy with the change. Recently, I ran into an issue with auto-merging orders and setting up the right filters for how our orders are processed. Dallin was quick to jump in, resolve the issue, and even help create the exact filter we needed after combining our second company. He was proactive, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend Redo—and a big shoutout to Dallin for his help!

Redo has made returns and exchanges so much easier to manage. When I did have a question outside of the day to day norm, I was able to easily reach the support team and Cade helped me resolve my issue by not just fixing it, but also by showing me how to resolve it in the future. Great support!
Redo as a tool is excellent, being able to go right from shipment to a ticket, look at their history etc. is very handy. Returns are a breeze, it certainly saves staff time.
Team is flexible and works with us to make sure the solution fits our needs, including taking our advice when building out new products. This has been refreshing!

We’ve had an excellent experience with Redo and use them for all of our shipping labels, returns, and warranties. Their platform has streamlined our post-purchase operations and made things much easier for both our team and our customers. We also do a lot of A/B testing, which has been incredibly valuable. Redo’s Conversion Cloud has been especially impactful, giving us the ability to test and optimize our post-purchase experience and continuously improve conversion and retention. Overall, Redo has become a trusted partner and one we genuinely love working with.
Redo makes the return process very easy for the consumer and merchant! If you do not know how to do something, there customer service team is great to work with and very quick to respond. If there is a feature that is not available, they will submit the request to their team. I had the pleasure of working with Cade, who was able to answer all of my questions.

Not only is the app itself very helpful at streamlining our returns and exchange process, the customer service for us the business owner is exceptional! I love that I can always chat with a real person that will approach my situation with a hands on attitude! Today Jacob helped me configure something on the back end of redo in just a few minutes! That in itself is gold for business owners!
The time and effort spent on manual returns and customer service tickets have been reduced. The customer service team is responsive and helpful. It was Jaxon who helped me change some settings (Manual Store Credit when a product is out of stock in Shopify). I appreciate his fast response.
