Mason from the Redo support team was incredibly helpful when we were migrating our email list from Klaviyo. He jumped into the chat fast and got everything sorted quickly. have been using redo for almost 3 years and for the most part it's been great. there are occasional updates/bugs that are frustrating but once I'm able to connect to the actual CX rep (not the AI) they are usually quick to help
