We’ve been using Redo for a long time now, and it has become one of the most valuable partners in our entire tech stack! What started as a solution for returns and exchanges has grown into so much more. Redo now helps us with order fulfillment, cart optimization, post-purchase upsells, A/B testing and overall checkout strategy...plus more. Every single piece has made a measurable impact on both our customer experience and our revenue!
Their returns and exchange portal is seamless for our customers and has cut down so much of the back-and-forth with support. Fulfillment is smoother, faster, and more accurate. And the Checkout Optimization team (shoutout to Grant!) has been incredible. They’re proactive, they explain things in plain language, and they consistently bring ideas that actually help.
We love the way their post-purchase upsells integrate so naturally into our flow. It truly feels like bonus revenue without interrupting the customer journey. We've been working very closely with Redo on growing our brand image and ensuring our customers have a good experience, specifically with returns and package protection.
