The absolute standout feature of Redo is their customer support team. From day one, they’ve made managing our returns incredibly easy and stress-free. Quintin even took the time to make sure I was taken care of while he was on vacation, which really says a lot about how much they care about their customers. Nick Sorenson has also been extremely prompt and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance. Both have been great to work with, and their customer service is a big reason we’ve had such a positive experience with Redo.
first impression was 5star, so many different people would contact you, multiple 'meetings' to get up and running and then once signed up the customer service tapered off big time. I had high hopes for using this software but all it really encouraged was customers to return. Our returns roughly doubled for no reason other than the returns were 'free'. Customers also expected no restocking on returns due to their wording that you added to cart. Was using on 2 of my stores, after disabling on the one store to sort out issues, was 'magically' turned on about a month later, had to completely remove the app, then expect an email in 5min! As far as sellers in Canada that ship to the US , do not bother. Customers will return to their Utah warehouse, you will only find out if you go on the back end, for them to reship to other customers good luck! Try to get the items back into Canada on a skid, good luck! I tried it, did not work for me, way more aggravation than anything
Redo has been amazing so far! It's saving us a ton of money, and their support team is very responsive, unlike our previous shipping provider, ShipStation.
