Unauthorized internal outreach and aggressive upselling.
Despite having an established point of contact for our merchant account, our team members continue to be bombarded with unsolicited emails pushing new features. When a vendor scrapes company directories to spam internal staff outside of established channels, it makes reliable account management difficult to maintain. .
We recently transitioned to Redo from Loop Returns, and so far the experience has been exceptional.
From the very beginning, the onboarding process was incredibly smooth, with excellent support and communication from the Redo team throughout the entire transition. They’ve been responsive, helpful and genuinely great to work with.
Most importantly, we’ve already seen a positive response from our customers. The refined returns experience has been really well received, with customers particularly appreciating the value and cheaper return options available when opting in.
Redo really does live up to what they say they can deliver. The platform, service and support have all exceeded our expectations so far.

I was having the worst time trying to work through logistics of setting up a return portal, where other programs were making me connect through up to 3 providers. Redo completely took away the headache and stress for me, and for a small business owner, this means everything! The support was quick (something the other providers knew nothing about- still waiting days for some to respond), and friendly. Can't recommend Redo enough.
