We've tried plenty of session recording tools over the years, but Redspot is the first one that actually lets you watch how visitors interact with your checkout. That alone has been worth it.

AI Insights is a nice touch too. I sent their team feedback on how it could be improved, and support was genuinely receptive. They're already working on it.
