I was charged $99.99 during trial period, and I've emailed them for a full refund but they never reply!

We’d like to clarify that billing for our app is handled by Shopify’s secure billing system, which ensures accurate charges based on trial periods and subscription approvals. We originally offer a 7-day free trial; however, at your request, we extended it to 15 days, and our records show the app was uninstalled after this extended period. This is why the subscription charge was applied by Shopify.
We also want to address the communication concern. Our team responded to your email the same day, within 3-4 hours.
