Updated Review - Do not get into the same. Will trouble later with unexpected cost.
Hi there,
We genuinely appreciate you being with us for such a long time and supporting us during our journey. Your early trust meant a lot to our team.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We can understand why you would change your review from 5 star to 1 star in the account of Pricing confusion.
We’ve always aimed to keep our pricing transparent and communicate updates clearly as the product evolves. Over time, we’ve added new features and improvements, which led to a pricing revision to sustain and continue building the platform.
If there’s any confusion around billing, we’d be happy to clarify and resolve - please feel free to reach out to us directly.
