I have not been impressed by this app. There is no way for me to input my affiliate's paypal information for them, I cannot update their affiliate code without errors, features are hidden, and the interface is not comprehensive. Reports are confusing, I can't tell if my automatic payments are making it to my affiliates too. Not to mention their only hours of availability for onboarding or customer service meetings is 1AM-9AM or 6PM-12AM? Why do you not have availability for meetings during regular business hours? Not impressed.
We’re truly sorry your experience and please accept our apologies. Our support calendar looked sparse because most business-hour slots filled quickly due to heavy demand. We’ve now opened additional slots to make booking easier.
A few points that may help right away:
Adding a PayPal address – You can enter (or edit) an affiliate’s PayPal email in the Affiliate Profile section.
Affiliate codes & reports – Both should update without errors, and automatic‐payment status is visible in the payouts tab. If you’re seeing something different, we’d like to investigate and fix it for you.
We’ve been trying to reach out in-app and by email so we can walk through these items together, but haven’t heard back yet. So we're replying here.

We're quite pleased with the application. It is rather simple and easy to use, and has most of the important features we need. Unfortunately there are some areas that need improving. We are also finding the pricing structure difficult to work with. We are unsure whether to continue using the application at this moment in time.
