We tested the Referral Program – Shopjar app on our Shopify store (healthcarentsickcare.com), and while the concept is promising, the execution still needs improvement.

The app is simple to set up and appears suitable for smaller or less complex stores. Pricing is reasonable, and the additional 20% discount is a welcome benefit. However, when implementing it in a full-scale diagnostic center or medical laboratory setup like ours, we encountered multiple limitations and issues that affected usability.

Support is another mixed aspect. Chat support was not very helpful, and although email support is available, responses typically come with a delay of 1–2 hours and only during weekdays, which can slow down troubleshooting.

Overall, the app shows potential but does not yet stand out as a reliable long-term solution for more complex healthcare e-commerce environments.
