I may be too quick to comment right now because I JUST set up my referral program, but the process from start to finish was so simple. I booked a call with them just to make sure I was doing everything right, which I missed an important tickbox to set it up properly, and they caught it for me! Excited to see how the referral program will help my small business. They also applied a 20% off code just by booking a call with them! They're prices really are the best in the market already and with another 20% off, I only have good things to say so far.

o not use this app, or any app made by this team, under any circumstances. It’s a complete waste of time. They spent a long time setting it up and it still doesn’t work. When you ask a question, they brush you off. Then they apologize over and over again. You feel sorry for them and say “okay, never mind,” reinstall the app, and they make everything even worse.
They made me look ridiculous in front of all my affiliate customers; for days now, people’s purchase commissions aren’t being recorded. Their help desk basically doesn’t work.

For context: our team worked closely with you during setup, made customizations based on your specific requirements, and you personally tested and confirmed everything was working before you've re-launched the program. Once issues arose afterward, we weren't given a chance to troubleshoot—which made it difficult to help.
