It took a little bit to set up, but afterwards this app is very straightforward to use and support has been extremely patient and helpful with us.
I'd definitely recommend at this price point if you're just looking to do a basic rewards program to your customers.
We're quite pleased with the application. It is rather simple and easy to use, and has most of the important features we need. Unfortunately there are some areas that need improving. We are also finding the pricing structure difficult to work with. We are unsure whether to continue using the application at this moment in time.

Worked fine until they made some recent "improvements." Now it doesn't clear the pop up that tells you about the improvements and you are frozen. Sent two emails to support. No answer. Don't install until you know that the version of Shopify you have works with this app.
