Super customer service from Madhav. All our needed requests or missing features Sakthivel add to the app very fast. The app works good. Easy and simple solution without overcomplicated if somebody needs just a referral system.

Great service and help in setting up the referrals. Setup takes a bit of a learning curve, but the tutorial videos help a lot.

Support call with Madhav was excellent to help troubleshoot my issue.

I have not been impressed by this app. There is no way for me to input my affiliate's paypal information for them, I cannot update their affiliate code without errors, features are hidden, and the interface is not comprehensive. Reports are confusing, I can't tell if my automatic payments are making it to my affiliates too. Not to mention their only hours of availability for onboarding or customer service meetings is 1AM-9AM or 6PM-12AM? Why do you not have availability for meetings during regular business hours? Not impressed.

We’re truly sorry your experience and please accept our apologies. Our support calendar looked sparse because most business-hour slots filled quickly due to heavy demand. We’ve now opened additional slots to make booking easier.

A few points that may help right away:

Adding a PayPal address – You can enter (or edit) an affiliate’s PayPal email in the Affiliate Profile section.
Affiliate codes & reports – Both should update without errors, and automatic‐payment status is visible in the payouts tab. If you’re seeing something different, we’d like to investigate and fix it for you.

We’ve been trying to reach out in-app and by email so we can walk through these items together, but haven’t heard back yet. So we're replying here.

Une équipe incroyable ! J'ai rencontré des soucis qu'ils m'ont immédiatement résolus, ils ont ajouté des options à leur module que j'avais demandé et qui n'existaient pas à la base ! Ils sont incroyables vraiment !

This app is incredibly easy to use. Setting up and integrating the referral program and portal with my store was seamless. The customer support team has been fantastic — they respond quickly and always provide clear solutions to any questions I have.

Shopjar is simple and straight to the point. Perfect if you don't need to have a complex refferal campaign.
There is enough customization option to keep your Design line.
Thanks to the support for being reactive when needed.

I’ve been attempting toi integrate the ShopJar Referral Program app for several months now, and while it has potential, the Klaviyo integration is a complete letdown. Despite both ShopJar and Klaviyo pointing fingers at each other, the integration remains unreliable and far from ready for prime time. For our business, seamless, on-brand transaction emails via Klaviyo are non-negotiable, but this critical feature consistently fails to deliver. I’m beyond frustrated—ShopJar could be a game-changer, but the broken integration makes it unusable for us. Until this is fixed, I can’t recommend it.

The Referral Program ‑ Shopjar app is fantastic! It’s easy to set up and offers great features for managing referral and affiliate programs all in one place. The customer service is also excellent—responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve any issues. Highly recommend it!
