Extremely helpful customer service team!! We are excited to launch our referral and affiliate programs with Shopjar.

Easy to use. Some learning required, but support is responsive and helpful.

Great app and support

I think Shopjar is fantastic. The platform is very intuitive and easy to follow, which makes it simple for anyone on the team to learn and use step by step. I also really appreciate the level of customization it offers for links, coupon codes, and setting what promotions apply and what don’t, that flexibility is extremely valuable for our team.

Additionally, Harini Madura was amazing throughout the call. She did a great job explaining every feature of the app clearly and thoroughly, which made the entire experience even better. Overall, it was a really positive and informative call.

Update: I worked with the team to update the landing page. They helped me review the landing page so it looked better on our website.

Worked fine until they made some recent "improvements." Now it doesn't clear the pop up that tells you about the improvements and you are frozen. Sent two emails to support. No answer. Don't install until you know that the version of Shopify you have works with this app.

Super customer service from Madhav. All our needed requests or missing features Sakthivel add to the app very fast. The app works good. Easy and simple solution without overcomplicated if somebody needs just a referral system.

Great service and help in setting up the referrals. Setup takes a bit of a learning curve, but the tutorial videos help a lot.

Support call with Madhav was excellent to help troubleshoot my issue.

I have not been impressed by this app. There is no way for me to input my affiliate's paypal information for them, I cannot update their affiliate code without errors, features are hidden, and the interface is not comprehensive. Reports are confusing, I can't tell if my automatic payments are making it to my affiliates too. Not to mention their only hours of availability for onboarding or customer service meetings is 1AM-9AM or 6PM-12AM? Why do you not have availability for meetings during regular business hours? Not impressed.
