Automatically ask each customer to share a discount code with their friends

Referral Bee creates a dedicated landing page in your store and sends each new customer an email asking them to share the page on with their friends.

Friends get a discount code of your choice to use for their first purchase

Choose from a percentage or fixed amount discount, or offer free shipping. Referral Bee creates all the discount codes automatically for you.

Reward customers when their friends place an order with you

Choose to offer a discount code to thank customers for the referral—or not. Referral Bee will automatically send the reward email after the customer's first friend places an order using the referral link.

Is this a full reward system?

No! And intentionally so. The decision to implement a full reward system should not be made lightly. Once you turn on a reward system it is very difficult to remove or change without annoying your customer base. A reward system also has to be integrated into all of your marketing and can have significant tax consequences due to points accrual. With Referral Bee, just turn it on and let it go. You can always turn it off if it isn't working for you (and still honor the outstanding activity).

Basically you get to only create one campaign and get locked into the promo of that campaign. If you try to create a new campaign all your previous customers will be directed to the new campaign. Campaigns can also only be sent a maximum 4 days after the customer visits. Once you use this app you are stuck with legacy bugs as customers are led to invalid voucher pages if you decide to not go ahead with the app.


Simple but powerful. Fully customized layout and content. Very nice and patient customer service. They used a lot of time to help me solve the problems. Considering the price, I cannot find a better referral app like this. Highly recommended.


Simple to use - thats a major compliment compared to many loyalty apps! I was set up very fast and got a referral within minutes, quite exciting to see. The step by step 'wizard' process has just enough customisation to keep 99% of people happy. The customer support was excellent with remote access to check code and chat via intercom left me feeling very 'vip'. I will sit back and watch this lovely piece of automation do its magic, i have every faith it will deliver long term. My day job is a top 5 ecommerce website so I know the kind of systems that work and are manageable by small startups vs enterprise. My advice is always to keep it simple and use an app like this, rather than getting pulled into points systems and complexities that just end up confusing customers, cheapening your brand, and will end up using up far too many of your precious hours to maintain. Highly recommend
