Haven't really gotten started with using the app just yet, but got excellent support from Jon in setting things up.
A big thank you to Ines, who answered all my questions quickly and clearly! Now all I have to do is launch my campaign!

The interface is great to use. Perfect customer service (Jessa) easy setup and works fine. Would be nice to automaticly had some translations (for the future)

Really easy to setup and much more visually customizable that other platforms we have tried. We also had an AMAZING customer service rep (Derek) to help us get set up and integrated. He was super knowledgable, responsive, and a joy to chat with. So rare.

Tippy was absolutely wonderful and fantastic... and kind and compassionate. I needed to quickly set things up and was walked through in a very clear and reassuring way. I am excited to start using the app, Tippy made all kinds of potential uses clear to me that I didn't know we could use.
I just set it up and had a load of questions. Derek was patient over the chat and guided me through everything. Excellent customer support.
