This app was super easy to setup (way shorter than another referral program I tried) and I received really great and timely support for the questions I did have! Excited to get the campaign up and running and start seeing a return!

Easy to use, great customer service (Lorraine is amazing!). Simple to work with mostly. All around awesome experience so far:)

I sent out a campaign this past week to 800+ customers. This was my second campaign so I am still relatively inexperienced with operating the referral program. I tested the email and all the links after I sent the email out and nothing was working. I felt terrible at that moment because I thought I might have sent out over 800 emails that didn't work. I contacted referral candy support and immediately got help. Karen M. and Benjamin B. spent over 5 days helping me figure out what was wrong! The email works fine now. I have had nothing but top notch customer care from this company (sometimes my contact is Eugene and he is very helpful as well!). So thanks to the referral candy team for providing a great service and awesome customer care!!

This is one of our biggest money makers and there is no doubt in our mind about it. They retain the 3 stars because the program for our clients definitely works and keeps people using the referral links.

I am not sure if they have been bought out in the past year but their portal has just turned to hot garbage as well as their customer service.

Do you like sitting at loading screens only for them to not show any information?
Like to click buttons that just hang out for minutes?
Do you like referrals asking why they were not paid last month and then Referral Candy saying they were even though they can't show you?

Well then this may work great for you. We have contacted them regarding this many times and get a must be your computer problem type response basically. We have 300 mb internet and 5-6 computers that can not access it properly.

Maybe they are not scaled for bigger businesses? We do have thousands of people using it and hundreds of referral orders coming through.

Maybe it works great for a smaller business processing around a thousand orders a month but it is not kicking it for our application at all.

ReferralCandy is a great low cost customer acquisition tool. I highly recommended it. It has great functionality and is easy to use. It takes a little time to get ramped up, but don't get discouraged (it's worth it).
