Has lots of great tools. Recent update allowing it to work with Subscriptions was really key for us, so I'm glad they've added it.
Email templates are slick and look nice.
And Innah in customer service was very patient and thorough in helping us work through the integration.

Great app! Very helpful support staff in getting us up and running.
We did have a few communications hurdles at first, some of which were our fault but I have to say the willingness of the team to get the problems resolved were really first class.
We've just launched a test of 2000 invites to our campaign and we're really looking forward to seeing how this pans out.

Great customer service, the app is very easy to use, I had an issue with the email list and the referral code I had a lady by the name of Katherine helped really well, she stayed with me for nearly 30 minutes if not more. thank you for the support it helps when you start a new business.

Tom was amazing in helping to troubleshoot my problems and I really appreciate his detailed explanations and initiative.
Overcharged due to a customer having the order cancelled and then created again. Reached out to referral candy about this clearly being an identical customer and they responded back saying a refund couldn't be processed.

Hi again, we completed our review of the concern you raised and found that a problem with how your store integrated with ReferralCandy caused the duplicates in question. We can help you correct this. It goes without saying that a referral program does make absolute sense! Referral Candy is perfectly simple to use for the end customer and that is why I chose it. I have JUST installed the app, so I have yet to see results. So, I cannot offer a review on the app, however I would like to offer a review on Jon, who was the representative who assisted me. Jon was very friendly and accommodating, and answered my questions directly and clearly. As a matter of fact, I realized I had another question after we hung up, and I am hoping I can reach Jon again directly, since he was so helpful the first time.
