Simple to install, use, understand and great customer service from Karen. Recommended to set up a solid affiliate program easily and intuitively. It offers lots of flexibility, customization and allows to fit the brand identity of your site
It's a good solution if you want a quick solution to a referral program bu the software itself is a bit limited (as the low price would suggest). Despite the limits, it's nice and the customer service (Derek and Benz) super fast and responsive.
It is a very easy app to use and implement. The customer r service was also very prompt . I recommend this to anyone looking to add a referral program

I have yet to get used to this app. Derek is extremely helpful & patient in walking me through on how to use ReferralCandy with Bold Subscription Check-out & Shopify Check-out. I give this app 4 stars as it was quite confusing without the help of Derek. However, I would rate Derek more than 5 stars for his professionalism, patience, and knowledge with his product, ReferralCandy. Thank you very much Derek!
Tom was extremley helpful in sorting out a glitch with sending out my first refferal campaign. Very clear, quick responses - the perfect service, and right way to deal with the situation.
We are still in the free trial period but so far we've been very impressed with their customer support (especially from Benz) -- very helpful, friendly and quick in getting back to us. Using the app was also very easy. Hopefully at the end of the trial we're seeing the referrals / sales we expect to see.

UX can be improved in terms of functionality and ease of allowing customers to edit things without a developer. However, both Cris and JC were wonderful in assisting with any help that was needed and any questions we had. Customer Support was great and responsive.
