Great customer service from Lorraine! Referral Candy is easy to use and integrates well with Shopify and other apps.

Derek was super helpful in answering some questions I had about the tool Thank you very much Derek :)

I needed some things done to my account and Karen was able to help me with everything. She also went above and beyond to help me improve some things to make my pages look better.
She was very easy to work with.

Unfortunately, finally we didn't work with them because we need a very picky process. But Dwight and all the Referral team has done an amazing job. we really hope that they can develop soon the solution that we need so we can start working together.

We used this app to attract new customers via our loyal existing customer base. In around 6 weeks it's brought in around £800 in new sales, pretty impressive but I would say the success is down to a strong offer for advocates and referred friends.
Support has also been great, a super fast response on their on-page chat with knowledgable staff (special mention to Karen for answering endless questions).

Amazing customer support that is available to live chat and work through issues quickly. System is well designed and comes fully-featured. Not really missing anything. Derek is an amazing rep btw!

I signed up for this app to set up an affiliate link. The user interface is fairly intuitive, but it did require me to reach out to support to clarify how the link works and to whom it is sent out. It defaulted to be sent out automatically to anyone who make a purchase on our site, which I thought was odd. However, their customer service was excellent. The gal who helped me, Benz, was super thorough and patient and explained everything very clearly and even followed up with a very detailed email.

Had some questions/issues with Referral Candy's integration with S Loyalty. Benz was an amazing help and very patient as she walked me through process step-by-step. Thank you so much again!
