I like that I was assigned a dedicated customer service rep, Jelson, who has very courteously answered my many questions and helped with any issues I've encountered. Customer service is excellent! Just one cautionary note - there is currently no notification of failed (unclaimed) reward payments, but hopefully they will add this feature soon.

Amazing app, easy to set up but I asked a little help and Karen from the support help me to be ready to launch my referral campaign from zero to launch. Thank you very much Karen!

still setting it up but just wanted to come on to say Jelson has literally already been so helpful and so quick at responding. Only downloaded it about half an hour ago and responded within about 30 seconds. Insane service.
