Great app! Tom from their customer success team was very helpful, guided me through the whole process step by step and cleared all my doubts.
I am glad to have JC as my customer service person because he is very patient and answer all my questions clearly. It helps me a lot in executing my referral program. The app is also well-organised.
Just signed up and it looks super easy to use. I had a couple questions and they have one the best customer services in the game. Tom Koetz emailed me back and forth and I couldn't figure out something small, and was able to get on a call and screen share to help me out. Doesn't get better than that. 5 stars all day!
I decided to use the referral candy app to grow our customer base and reward our current customers. Derek Has been a great Help.

It took a little time to get up and running, but Jessa was super helpful in helping us work through some of the technical issues (we wanted to use it for Recharge, so it was a bit more of complex integration).
