Great and easy to use app that “does the job”. Their customer support is amazing. Derek was super helpful and went as far as testing my codes :)

Mardie helped me perfectly with transitioning from WooCommerce to Shopify! The app also works very well, I would definitely recommend it.

This app is pretty awesome and my support help has been stellar. Tomas on support has walked me through everything. He's done everything but basically visit my house, login to my computer, and set up everything himself. Great guy, great support, and great app. It's a must have in my opinion

Great customer service, the app is very easy to use, I had an issue with the email list and the referral code I had a lady by the name of Katherine helped really well, she stayed with me for nearly 30 minutes if not more. thank you for the support it helps when you start a new business.

I have JUST installed the app, so I have yet to see results. So, I cannot offer a review on the app, however I would like to offer a review on Jon, who was the representative who assisted me. Jon was very friendly and accommodating, and answered my questions directly and clearly. As a matter of fact, I realized I had another question after we hung up, and I am hoping I can reach Jon again directly, since he was so helpful the first time. I really enjoy the potential that comes with this app. Email referrals can really help and is one of the more affordable ones of all the apps. Customer service is responsive and great, but there is some work to be done on your end. Naturally, setting up the brand, proper marketing for awareness is important. I wish it can be integrated easier into shopify if you are using the points method without having to enter referralcandy page specifically, but it gets the job done.

Lorraine was very quick to respond and tentative. She reached out to the ReferralCandy engineers and found a solution quickly. Great customer support!

The stand alone app itself (not the Shopify app, but actual app) is always improving but has room for growth (hints 4 stars)

Derek answered all of our questions and helped us set up the app. The dashboard is also intuitive and easy to navigate.

Overcharged due to a customer having the order cancelled and then created again. Reached out to referral candy about this clearly being an identical customer and they responded back saying a refund couldn't be processed.
