This app is very easy to use. As the site promise you can be running a Referral program in no time. Good customer service that is appreciated.

Fast support, great functionality. I'm very thankful that they don't force u to use a widget. By far the best referral app i found so far.

Wasn't very successful for me, the most frustrating part was being hounded with emails from them, had to ask them to stop!

Thanks for the review. Unwanted emails is a bad experience and I apologize for this. We have since made a number of updates that prevent this from happening and gives you more control over when emails go out, how often, etc. We hope you can give us another try.

Fantastic service provided by Jon. In the world of e-commerce it can be difficult to get timely support from software and apps. Jon, on the other hand, had our request resolved in under 15 minutes! Thanks again!

I wish there was more flexibility with the design customization, but the customer support was very responsive and answered all of my questions very quickly.

Upon using this app Mr Derek Benito first and foremost was very knowledgeable and helpful. He guided me through with ease and I felt very comfortable following his instructions. I tried my hardest to confuse him with my lack of knowledge but it just didn't work. Kudos to Great Service!!!

Customer service was incredibly helpful with getting set up and running tests to make sure things are working correctly. There is a bit of a learning curve, and some of the UI can be a bit difficult to navigate. That's the only reason it's not a perfect score.

UX can be improved in terms of functionality and ease of allowing customers to edit things without a developer. However, both Cris and JC were wonderful in assisting with any help that was needed and any questions we had. Customer Support was great and responsive.
