Cris was awesome in helping us get the final pieces together with this app. She was immediately available when I asked a question in chat and found my problem within a couple of mins. What could have been a really annoying evening, she got me square and moving on faster than I ever expected! Thank you Cris!!

We are new to using the app so this is a review for support... Absolutely the best support of any app I've used! JC was super responsive and helpful in resolving a problem we had and followed up to make sure things were working and if we needed any further help. Thanks for all the help JC! I definitely recommend giving Referral Candy a try.

I just got off a chat with their customer service rep. JC and he was AWESOME! I needed help with the referral program and looking for advice. JC was extremely helpful, patient, polite and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I own Www.hotlinepepper.com and as a small business owner, it's very nice to receive helpful customer service like from JC. The website is very user-friendly and I highly recommend using Referral Candy . 5 STARS .Thank you so much.

So far I'm on the trial version but everything seems to be working great and the customer service is amazing, they're very quick in their replies and very thorough with their help. I had the pleasure to talk to JC who answered all my questions in the utmost detail and provided me with the help that I needed.

I'm in the process of setting up my first campaign with Referral Candy. Currently, some of the issues I've had will be solved with some planned updates they will be doing (right now, only one campaign can be active, and other non-active campaigns can't be edited while the campaign is active). Once this is solved, that will help. I chatted with Jon, and he was very helpful in providing direction for a "workaround" as well as alternative ways that I can solve the hiccups in the campaign set up. Thank you Jon.

We encountered an issue with our billing that would have been very costly for our company. We shared the issue with Lorraine, who was a joy to liaise with on the issue, and who helped us process a refund that was due to our own careless error. This 5 Star review is fully deserved for the honesty and understanding that Referral Candy has demonstrated, and we're not certain many companies these days would go this extra mile for its customers. Would definitely recommend this company and its app.
