Referral Candy: Referidos

We are busying using Referral Candy to scale our Refer a Friend campaign. We have been very impressed with the development support and availability to get us up and running, and look forward to launching the campaign soon! Jon and Innah have been particularly attentive to us, which we truly appreciate!

I've certainly had some frustrations with Referral Candy over the years, but I will say I think they are continuing to improve and have great customer service. Tomas helped me figure out a big issue with customizing my referral theme and was a huge help. I like that it's easy to get in touch with someone whenever I have a problem.

Though some of the features could be a little more fleshed out (HTML editor on the emails is very basic), this is a solid referral program with excellent support. My account manager Derek is knowledgable and always on chat to quickly answer questions and is also available by phone whenever I need it. Definitely recommend this plugin for a no-nonsense referral service.

Easy to set up and Jon provided timely, super helpful customer support. I just wish the app would allow the advocate to get their discount as a credit on their initial purchase rather than a coupon for their next purchase.

We had a good experience with Referral Candy for a while; the platform is simple and easy to use. We are transitioning to a more robust rewards and referral app that is a better fit for the size of our customer base and our subscription order model. But the Referral Candy team is great and our rep Jon has been very helpful!
