Thank you for making a great referral app RC! I like that I can create different programs for referral; and ultimately that you make many different pay back options to our customers who are sharing the love. Referral Candy makes it easy to share the love back to our customers! Bella Materna loves Referral Candy.

Overall a very good app. As with any app, there are limitations and enhancements/flexibility that could be made to accommodate different business models. Customer support has been great - Benz has been diligent in making sure our set up was optimized as best as possible.
Haven't really gotten started with using the app just yet, but got excellent support from Jon in setting things up.

Overall the app is good for the price, but I do wish there were more drag-and-drop style customizability for the template, previews available for all emails, and integrations with other apps like Klaviyo.
I had some questions about the App and Tippy informed me on the different ways to optimize my campaign in such a timely manner!
We did not rate the app 5/5 as we are still on a Free trial version, but so far we are pretty happy with it! Also, we could easily put 5/5 to customer service as it was perfect! Tomas K. was very reactive and helpful! Great experience! Will recommend!
The app is pretty easy to use. Our ways of doing things are a bit complicated and the app was able to work with our ways to create a reward system for our customers referrals. Karen has been checking in once a month to make sure we are all good with our program and has been an asset to us in the past.
4 stars because there are limits when it comes to customizing emails. but customer service was excellent - shout out to Derek and Lorraine for answering all of my questions and being patient.
They are very responsive and Tippy helped us with the platform switch. It's not ended yet but it was helpful to have quick responses.
The only issue is that you can't connect more than one store with same ReferralCandy account.
