Mardie was able to quickly help me with a situation and guide me in the right direction to resolve my issue.

Derek was a huge help with the app integration :) Haven't used the app yet so can't comment on that, but integration was easy!

Seems good so far, easy to use and the support has been great - both via chat and when I reached out to Jon as I'd made a mistake with customer import - very quick and friendly response to get it all sorted for me.
