Referral Candy & Affiliate

The support team is really hands on. Jessa has really helped us launch our programme successfully. Whenever I have needed one on one attention and assistance, I have received it. I am quite positive about the results we will see from partnering with Referral Candy.

Derek, Ben and Bryan have been amazing at helping me integrate and set up referral candy. I would highly recommend.

I think the app is great if you want an easy way to engage your customers to recommend you to friends& Family.

However, we had some problems to translate everything to German and adapt the design.

For this issue, Derek from the customer service was a great help

Easy to use, the support is really kind and helpful. The only negative I found for now is that the support help is a little bit slow (but maybe it depends on the problem).

I haven't been able to set it up properly yet, but Caye Arahan, Customer Success Manager, has always been very helpful and kind in providing support!

Pretty straightforward to use. I am still a little confused with the Klaviyo integration. Still a little too new to see any real results yet.
Customer service is top notch, and always very quick to reply. Katherine has been extra helpful.

I'm in the process of setting up my first campaign with Referral Candy. Currently, some of the issues I've had will be solved with some planned updates they will be doing (right now, only one campaign can be active, and other non-active campaigns can't be edited while the campaign is active). Once this is solved, that will help. I chatted with Jon, and he was very helpful in providing direction for a "workaround" as well as alternative ways that I can solve the hiccups in the campaign set up. Thank you Jon.

Enjoying this app so far and appreciate the support in getting this set up thanks to Jon. Would love to see supported customisation for emails and widgets in a drag and drop style editor. Am yet to see converted referrals to ensure it all works with our many apps, but happy to be set up and running with it.
