Hopped on a call with Derek few days after installing the app and he was able to answer my questions & walk through my settings to ensure I did it right. This app went above & beyond!
Support in setting up this App was second to none. The lovely Karen took time with dealing with my barrage of questions above and beyond what's standard or expected. It's refreshing to have support staff which treat you as a person and genuinely seem to want to help. Keep up the good work KAREN
The app works great. But, what is even more important in these cases, our experience with the customer service was excellent. Jon has managed to find the solution without ever losing patience!

Derek was suuuuuuper helpful in getting us all setup and running smoothly. The app is pretty effortless, and offers a branded seamless referral program.
The app is functioning and support was good BUT despite fairly high sales of $10k per week, we're not getting purchases from referrals. Not digging that it only lets you have one referral program running and not multiple programs / offers... you're stuck with whatever you initially promise.

Tippy provided extended and outstanding customer service in helping us get set up. He was thorough and helpful, exceeding all expectations in making things work. I would recommend you at least trying this service out for a month to see if it is a good fit for your company. You won't be dissatisfied with their customer service in the very least.
