The tool is pretty good at identifying potentially fraudulent activity and flagging it for disapproval.

It seems to disapprove self-referrals quite well, but there are still a few that sneak through. I just wish there were also a way to place a hold on the referred friend reward if the sale is identified as a potentially fraudulent self-referral.

This app is especially worth it for companies that use Klaviyo - super easy integration and works smoothly. The different options for referrals are also more than enough. Furthermore - Jessa was super helpful with all questions - 10/10 support.

Customer support has been above and beyond. Overall, the app works as advertised. Has some quirks and limitations (especially the API), but how willing the team is to work with you to solve the problems makes a massive difference. Very excited to start & scale our referral program with this tool!

Charlie was personable and patient while helping me with my many questions with launching an affiliate campaign. He made sure my problem was resolved and checked multiple times to ensure that I didn't have any other issues. I have tried most of the big decently-priced referral apps and this app seems to do almost everything I need. Other ones missed features, or had some things broken. Not everything is perfect in Referral Candy either, but so far seems the best one for my needs. The customer service is excellent and helps fast with the things you don't understand.
