The app is pretty easy to use. Our ways of doing things are a bit complicated and the app was able to work with our ways to create a reward system for our customers referrals. Karen has been checking in once a month to make sure we are all good with our program and has been an asset to us in the past.
4 stars because there are limits when it comes to customizing emails. but customer service was excellent - shout out to Derek and Lorraine for answering all of my questions and being patient.
They are very responsive and Tippy helped us with the platform switch. It's not ended yet but it was helpful to have quick responses.
The only issue is that you can't connect more than one store with same ReferralCandy account.
Good service, helpful and prompt response. Thumbs up to Tom. Could be good if ReferralCandy can connect with Shopify flow. Also, it could be expensive.

Easy to set up and Jon provided timely, super helpful customer support. I just wish the app would allow the advocate to get their discount as a credit on their initial purchase rather than a coupon for their next purchase.
Customer support is amazing. While the app doesn't intuitively do what I want it to do, Derek was awesome at helping me find a solution that works well. I really appreciated his help!
So far so good! The app is simple and the support has been great. Tomas K from Referral Candy has been helpful throughout the set up process, and has offered detailed advice the whole way through.
this app has been very helpful with growing our business and customer base. Working with Valerie as a CSM has been very easy and she has been super helpful. She is very quick to respond to our emails and came very well prepared to our meetings with industry knowledge and tips on how we can improve our use of this app

I'm in the process of setting up my first campaign with Referral Candy. Currently, some of the issues I've had will be solved with some planned updates they will be doing (right now, only one campaign can be active, and other non-active campaigns can't be edited while the campaign is active). Once this is solved, that will help. I chatted with Jon, and he was very helpful in providing direction for a "workaround" as well as alternative ways that I can solve the hiccups in the campaign set up. Thank you Jon.
