Prompt customer service will help you through any issues you may encounter. Hadn't really promoted my referral campaign much but I'm seeing results as my store gains new customers.
Overcharged due to a customer having the order cancelled and then created again. Reached out to referral candy about this clearly being an identical customer and they responded back saying a refund couldn't be processed.

Hi again, we completed our review of the concern you raised and found that a problem with how your store integrated with ReferralCandy caused the duplicates in question. We can help you correct this. We required a unique integration with Referral Candy & ReCharge so the setup was quite challenging but Derek was an amazing help! Not only did he reply to emails almost instantly, he suggested strategic workarounds and improvements to implement on our app and I could not have been more happier than to work with him. He made our complex integration a seamless experience and even took it upon himself to work with the ReCharge customer service team to smooth out any issues that occurred - Highly recommend Referral Candy for their amazing customer service!

So far I'm really like ReferralCandy, I just had a walkthrough call with Tippy who was extremely helpful and helped me figure out exactly how to set up the program for maximum results. The initial install was very easy and the customer support is incredible! Give Referral Candy a try!
