Tippy Destacamento was a huge help to us getting things off the ground. He took his time to walk us through everything we should know and just proved very valuable to our company. Made learning Referral Candy so much easier and that level of support will keep us around for a long time!
The support is great. I´ve some questions, which takes a lot of time to discuss in the chat, i think. So the support was via google meet, was very good and all my questions get answered. Great.
4 stars because there are limits when it comes to customizing emails. but customer service was excellent - shout out to Derek and Lorraine for answering all of my questions and being patient.
