In my case it was Larisa who attended me, she went beyond what you would expect to resolve my issue, so my rating is 5, I cannot talk a lot about the app since I just have downloaded it, but customer success team, pretty good.

The app is super easy to setup, implement and debug - would recommend to anyone!
