UPDATE: Needing help again today and Lorraine was quick to respond and solved my issue immediately. Can not express enough how impressed I am with the customer service from these guys. A++

Tippy is the best! He spent ALL DAY in the chat with me in order to solve my VERY unique issue! His customer service can't be beaten! :)

Overall good experience with the app so far, it's early days but the customer support has been very good. I received quick and efficient service from Benz.

We've just installed this app and had some great support from the Referral Candy team in answering any questions we had on how it all works. Katherine in particular was extremely helpful and responsive in their inapp chat.

We use the app together with Klaviyo and it works perfectly fine. The support is very good. I can refer Referral Candy ;)

The app is very easy to use and all is automatic. This is great for increasing your ROI! Also, the customer service representative called Jon Derek, is very helpful, they know exactly what you need (y)
