Karen has been an awesome rep. She is very responsive and helpful. My only complaint with RC is that the only payment option is paypal. That is very limiting for a lot of customers. Please add more payment options!
We have taken up a free trial for this app. The support person Lorraine is really good and supportive. All our queries were well understood and replied well in time. We are satisfied with the app and the services.

Really appreciated Jon's help just now in making sure my account was functional. Quick responses and definitive advice makes troubleshooting MUCH easier (and isn't always the standard with Shopify apps).
We had some issues with a person referring themself, but after talking with Tippy we were able to resolve the issue. Still unsure if this app is right for us, but customer service is good.
Good app for existing customers. Not for bigger affiliate program thought. It is really basic and work great to test the market at a small scall. For cutomer referral only.
Just installed ReferralCandy. Pretty easy so far and the customer support chat feature is amazing. Derek was so helpful and tried his best to provide as many resources as he could find. Only critique is that there is limited customization ability (e.g., I can't change the color of the font) but that is outside of Derek's control. 5 stars to customer support, 4 stars for customization capabilities.
Dwight from the customer service team was very helpful and quick to respond with the details. This is also valid for the rest of the customer service team. They asked me with all the questions I had. The app is useful and you can customize the templates with your own language etc. but for a small company like us a little bit too expensive at this point of time. I would prefer if it was just a monthly cost besides also adding a commission for them.
Not using the app yet, but Dwight answered all of my questions within 5 min. No concerns anymore. Thanks a lot!
