Great customer service! Tippy answered all my questions in a way I could understand. :)
Easy to use and my customers love the ability to refer their friends. I had a problem (my fault) with the way I set up the app and Tippy was very prompt and helpful in getting it sorted out for me. I'm looking forward to using the app to grow my shop now that I have it properly set up
We are setting up Referral Candy to help get more customers through friend referrals. The set-up has been simple and quick. We needed some additional help to understand how to edit copy. Katherine answered all of my questions promptly and with screenshots, etc. to make the process easier, especially for someone who is a visual learner. I would recommend this app.
