I'm so excited to use ReferralCandy for my store. I'm not very techy and was a bit confused about how to set everything up, thankfully, Tippy saved the day. He hopped on a call with me and walked me through the entire process. So grateful for the wonderful customer service and can't wait to get my referral program going!
Good experience so far - super accomodating and willing to extend trial and test all features of the platform. Karen M and Tippy have been attentive and helpful in answering my questions.
