Great app, easy to install and to use. Had a few questions, Derek from The Referral Candy Team solved all my questions and provided an excellent service.

JC was very friendly and helped me understand the app, and explained all the settings. Now I need to get everything working. He left me an email to contact him for follow ups. I am happy.

I submitted a ticket with a question about set up of Referral Candy and received an immediate response including a very clear and easy to follow video. I had a couple trouble shooting questions which were all answered promptly by Cris, who successfully helped me resolve my questions. Great support.

Dowloaded the app to my shopify store and within minutes I had JC (one of the customer service reps) send me a message to see if I needed help with anything. I said no thanks however he asked if I wanted to go through the setup process now, which I was actually going to procrastinate and put off! I decided to give it a crack because JC seemed keen to assist and with his help, I was able to get my first rewards/referral program setup within 20 minutes. We have been searching for a referral program for awhile and ended up with RC. After logging in on my own I was having issues navigating and building out all our communications and understanding the integration. Thankfully I used the "chat" option and Karen popped up as my saving grace! She was concise, friendly, and SUPER easy to work with and walked me through everything without ever making me feel like my questions were stupid. Thanks to her we were able to build out quickly versus what would have taken me days while I explored. Highly recommend working with their service team to get you up and running quickly!
