So far the app has been great and easy to use. most importantly the customer support thru chat messenger has been solid (very quick and knowledgeable).

I signed up for the free trial, and thought it was very easy to use and was able to get it up and running so quickly. I had some questions and Jon got in contact with me so quickly and has continued as I have had further questions. It has been a great customer service experience.

We at PopSockets have been very happy with this app. We often have customers who ask how they can get more involved in promoting PopSockets -- it's great to have a simple automated scheme for them to do that. For a product like ours with a low price point, ReferralCandy's pricing scheme works well.

Pro tip: a drawback of ReferralCandy is that the personalized URL that a customer shares with their friends is not memorable, but one can set up a URL redirect in Shopify so that e.g. popsockets.com/sarah goes to Sarah's personalized referralcandy URL.

The customer service I've received was really good. I was talking to Jon and he was super helpful. He was able to help me with all my queries.
The app itself needs some work:
1. Please have an ENABLE/DISABLE program toggle. It is very inconvenient to send an email every time we need to disable a program.
2. There needs to be some way to test a program on a store so that a store owner can understand overall flow. If there was an enable/disable toggle, this would be very easy.
3. Some of the features are hard to get to and some settings aren't clearly explained (e.g the referral reward settings)
4. Having in app chat support would be helpful too.

Overall CS and documentation is really good.

Recently set up Referral Candy and so far the customer service has been amazing - Derek especially! Looking forward to an increase in sales from our new referral program.

it is a great app, one of the few things that can help grow your business with very little input on an ongoing basis
