Referral Candy & Affiliate

ReferralCandy is great! I've been using it for a long time on our WooCommerce-based store but am now migrating over to Shopify. While building our new store, I needed help with a weird issue (that turned out to be caused by another app) and Karen walked me through what to check. Without her help I wouldn't have even thought to look in the other app's settings to see what it was adding to each page.

ReferralCandy is an easy way to let customers become advocates, and it works great for us... and pays for itself very very quickly. Thanks!!

Just started using it with the Klaviyo integration and Derek Benito from customer service was really helpful to get me started when I had questions.

My existing customers keep on using the referral on themselves. Other than that, I have hope that this referral program will bring much more sales in the future. It says in their FAQ that customers will not be able to claim the code on themselves again because Referral Candy will check the information after they are in the database.

The app is very easy to use and highly customizable. Thank you for helping me scale!

Amazing support from the team at Referral Candy. It does take a while to establish traffic flow (we are in month 4-5) but so far it has been very good!

The App is very interesting, and it works well, it tracks the events well.

Against this, I would say that I would like the emails that it offers you to be translated directly so as not to have to spend so much time on it.

The customer service is great, fast and responsive.

They are very attentive and really look for a solution that suits your problem.

Special mention for JON, he was very kind, attentive and very very good at his job.

If I were his boss, I'd say he's a guy to watch out for.

Great referral app with even better service! Tippy was able to help me navigate setting up an affiliate account, and getting onboarded with all of the basics (email / link copy, image assets, etc.). We needed some account-specific customization and he was always willing to jump on a quick call / screen share to provide support. Much appreciated!
