Great app, lot of features and easy to use. But the best part of working with this app is the SUPPORT ! Amazing support, very very helpful - DEREK overdelivered, he gave me waaaaay more than what I asked for and that was awesome ! Never had such a good support from any other shopify app. Keep it up Guys and take care of my buddy DEREK !

We had a good experience with Referral Candy for a while; the platform is simple and easy to use. We are transitioning to a more robust rewards and referral app that is a better fit for the size of our customer base and our subscription order model. But the Referral Candy team is great and our rep Jon has been very helpful!

We haven't used it full-fledged yet but the chat support is awesome. Whenever we have a query they respond in no time, explains things thoroughly & patiently. I like it when they follow up on your request via email despite of answering it on chat.

Everything works as expected. It is a little confusing at first, but you will quickly get a handle on everything. I recommend Googling referral program tips before actually activating the app. This will allow you to set up everything less intrusively. In the end, I am very excited about the potential of this app and hope to report back in a few months. For now, I give ReferralCandy five stars since it functions as promised.
